Purchaser shall supply at Purchasers sole cost and expense, food, drink and towels for Artist, Production Crew, and Artist staff. The following requirements are for Artist and Artist personnel only, and excludes any other personnel working on this production.

DRESSING ROOM HOSPITALITY
Towels
Purchaser shall provide (12) hand size towels for artist. Towels must be new and clean. Towels should be available at sound check.

Dinner for 7 people
Dinner shall be for 7. Food should be made available in dressing room prior to show.

Stage Drinks
1 case of bottle water (24) pack shall be made available for Artist.

Food should be made available in dressing room prior to show. (7 Dinners)
1 Bottle of Hennessy (750ml) & Cups
1 pound of Clean Ice for drinks
Dressing room should be large enough for 7 people (Clean, Dry, Well light)

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

Purchaser agrees to provide competent and licensed security/ Protection against all loss of musical and electronic equipment, road cases and personal effects in dressing rooms and all backstage and stage areas.

LODGING
Management requires there be ABSOULUTELY NO MOTELS!
Hotels should be located within 5-mile radius of venue. Room should be reserved under the tour managers’ name. Promoter shall provide confirmation numbers prior to arrival. Artist requires one suite.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Purchaser shall provide ground transportation to and from the venue in 7-passenger van for artist.

AIRLINE TICKETS
Purchaser shall provide at Purchasers’ sole cost/expense the below listed transportation,
(4) Coach class tickets – Management will confirm names.

PERFORMANCE COMPENSATION
$2,500.00 (Headline Price $3,000.00)
